Leaderflush Shapland is the UK’s market leader in the manufacture of bespoke performance doors and doorsets, and is particularly aware of the environmental impact that its operations may have. As such Leaderflush Shapland was the first company in its industry to develop and implement tracking systems independently assessed by BM Trada to meet the requirements of the FSC Chain of Custody scheme.

Timber is one the most sustainable products within the construction industry, each part of the tree has a role to play within various production processes. Once the door/doorset has come to the end of its natural life cycle, components can be stripped back and recycled, reducing waste and the carbon footprint.

Leaderflush Shapland manufactures products to suit a variety of applications and has put together a rationalised door and doorset offer incorporating FSC certified products. The range includes various veneer options and performance ratings, aperture designs and a choice of frame profiles. 

Our doorset offer includes matching assembled door and frame, available in two sizes – 2100mm and 2500mm with either a Barum or Mono frame profile. Other options include a choice of facings, various veneers or primed for paint, hinges and fire seals depending on performance requirement (Non-rated, FD30, FD60).

Our doors only package is available in two sizes – 2050mm and 2450mm and includes a choice of facings, various veneer or primed for paint and fire seals depending on performance requirement (Non-rated, FD30, FD60).

All packages can accommodate a variety of aperture designs with either wired or unwired glass; for available vision panel styles please refer to images provided.
